So it was a real treat to attend Kimm’s Macaron Masterclass on Saturday in beautiful Leicestershire countryside and spend the day learning how to create these marvellous mouthfuls at Maison des Macarons HQ! I took along my sister as a thank you for being my maid of honour last year and we both had a thoroughly good time. Kimm is an excellent teacher as well as being great company so we enjoyed every minute of our hands-on experience following an expert demonstration (and we created some rather good Sicilian lemon and Raspberry flavoured Macarons to take home too).
