A Wedding Day is such an important event for every couple. We can tailor our products to match your themes and your dreams. Wedding ideas are one of our specialities,  so let us add some special delights to your wedding day.

One of the great things about a macaron is the fact that we can make then virtually any colour, which means they can add some perfectly colour-coordinated finishing touches to your wedding.  Not only can we provide them in Macaron Towers, with or without cake bases and/or toppers,  of various shapes and sizes, personalised Wedding Favours… we can add them, in different styles to your Dessert Table, which we can also create for you and we can also box and present them beautifully as gifts for the bride, groom, bridesmaids, and anyone else you would like to present a special gift too. We can even initial them for you for that extra special touch.

We also now have our two fabulous customised Wooden Display Boxes, which are especially suitable for the REAL Macaron Lovers amongst you – with each box holding up to 96 Macarons – they can sit beside each other, or either side of your cake, or you can just have one!  They look amazing when colour-coordinated and sometimes you know, one Macaron is just NEVER enough!

We also make lots of different beautiful Wedding Favours, either as Single Boxed Macarons, Double Boxed Macarons….or more!  Beautifully packaged, ribboned and labelled to co-ordinate with your “wedding theme”.  These are also fabulous for other special events or dinner parties when you are looking for that something chic and special to set the table off.

Like a chef at a fine dining restaurant we have not only created mouth watering individual flavours, but we have grouped them together in our own way. Think of our macaron gifts as a fine dining ‘Taster Menu’, which will never fail to impress.  We also love packaging and wrapping them beautifully and we will even add a personalised label if you ask us!

You can always contact us for a Special Order Gift Box, although they do have to be collected from East Farndon as we no longer post our boxes due to the fact that we hate the idea of something so gorgeous arriving damaged!

CORPORATE Branded macarons

We love making and delivering Corporate Branded Macarons or even Macaroons if you prefer!

We loved supplying a high-end pefumier with 8 different flavours to match their perfume groups which we created, all perfectly coloured to match and embossed by hand with their logos – that’s job satisfaction!

Supplying The Royal Chelsea Flower Show was also a highlight for us – with Gift Boxes handed out to many celebrities of this Gold Medal Winning Garden – again we used flavours which mirrored some of the creativity used in this stunning garden.

We are more than happy to deliver our Corporate Branded Macarons into London or further afield – we NEVER trust our macarons to other forms of delivery I’m afraid as the Macaron is a fragile little thing and deserves to be delivered in its fully glory!

BECOME A MASTER

Come along to one of our Macaron Masterclasses where we will show you how to make some of the finest Macarons. Perfect if you want to master the macaron…..or maybe even just have fun with some friends or meet new ones.

Our classes are aimed at any level of baker and non baker. Whether you are a Macaron Making Novice or a professional cake makers you will fit in perfectly.

Demand is high for our Macaron Masterclasses. We currently run fully “hands-on” Macaron Masterclasses for up to three people. We start with coffee and a chat so we can get to know each other and then move on to mastering the Macaron.

The class includes a light lunch, soft refreshments and bubbles! Let’s not forget the champagne! Finally you will take your box of approximately 25+ mastered macarons home to enjoy and impress your friends with. We know you will find it 5 hours well spent and it’s such fun!

We can even offer a luxury Bed & Breakfast offer if you live a little way away and would like to come with a friend or family member. You might want to make a couple of days of it. Market Harborough is a beautiful destination town with lots of fabulous shops and restaurants and cafes.

You can purchase a Voucher from us for our Macaron Masterclasses which is valid for one year at £145 per person for a class of two or three people.
We will always do our best to find other suitable “Masterclassers” for you. If you would like to join the Class of two or three, but are on your own  and we can often find  a match. You can also select a one-on-one lesson for £195.00. Perfect for that special treat or very targeted tuition for professional bakers with tips for promoting the Macaron element of your business online.

MACARON DEMONSTRATION CLASSES

The Macaron Demonstration Classes are perfect for larger groups of people who would like to learn more about the Macaron over the course of 3.5 hours and also include a light lunch, soft refreshments, bubbles and a box of 12 of our own delicious Macarons to take away with them together with our recipe.  Afternoon Tea can be substituted for Light Lunch.

Topics covered include:

Italian Meringue, Macaronage, Piping, Resting, Baking, Ganache, Troubleshoot and Helpful Hints.

These classes make an ideal “hen party”, family gathering, friends group morning or afternoon out and are also perfect for corporate days.

The classes are £85 per person and numbers are usually between 3 – 7 people.
